About Me
I
am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a member of the American Mental Health
Counselors Association and a registered nurse. I see clients at The
Starting Point in Westmont, New Jersey. Therapy is hard work
and little is accomplished without effort and some risk. I am very aware of
that fact and work to make your experience a good one. Most of us live better
when we focus on our present lives, when we are mindful of what we do, think,
and feel and when we live with purpose. Therefore, these principles are constants
in my practice. Perhaps most important to you, respect, kindness. support and
safety are basic to all of the therapies with which I work.
